The Jewelry:

Each piece is entirely handcrafted upon receipt of payment.  Please allow 2 weeks (allow longer during holidays) for the creation and shipping of your custom jewelry.  Please remember, each piece is hand-stamped and the letters will not line up perfectly.  These imperfections add to the charm of hand stamped piece.

Personalized Items :
All personalized items are made to order. You are responsible for ordering your personalization correctly and in the correct order. We do not accept returns on anything personalized  as these are all made to order. If the mistake is our fault we will correct the item and send you a new one. Please be sure you want this product before ordering, we are happy to provide you with as much information as you need in order to make the most informed purchasing decision.

Refunds & Exchanges Non-personalized items:

We do not issue refunds under any condition. Exchanges on certain items only. All sales are final. All personalized merchandise, i.e. Stamped, Engraved , are non-exchangeable or non-refundable.

On all remaining items, we are happy to make an exchange of equal value for a purchase if you are not 100% satisfied.  The item(s) must be returned unworn and in perfect condition within 10 days of the original shipping date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Shipping:

Orders are shipped using USPS priority shipping at a flat rate of $8.00 regardless of how many pieces you order. Please contact us if you need a faster shipping method.

Please note that during peak seasons shipping may take longer.

International orders are also shipped priority mail. Price varies by location. international shipping can take over a month depending on the destination’s customs regulations. We are not held responsible for missing items if your package is opened for inspection.
