How long will it take my order to ship?

Please give us 1-2 weeks for the creation of your jewelry. Please note that during peak seasons ( Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Valentine’s Day)  shipping may take longer.

Will all the letters and numbers be stamped perfectly straight?

Each letter is individually hand-stamped, no two pieces will come out the same making each piece it’s own unique creation.  Slight imperfections may occur in the stamping process.  Please remember that this only adds character to your piece!

Can I have an order rushed?

Can I have the back of the necklace stamped?

At this time only certain pieces can be stamped on both sides. You will see it noted as so in the description.

My purchase isn’t what I expected what do I do?

Although we do not allow returns, we want you to be happy.  Please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
